Nobody likes going to see the dentist but I am very happy with Hancock Dental! They are understanding and pleasant to be around. The dentist is very skilled; I haven't felt an injection yet and that is awesome! They also have the latest technology that makes it easier to get things done in fewer or even one visit. Latest technology in x-ray and dental tools, and even an attractive office. Very accommodating to my out-of-the-ordinary dental needs / timeline. I have been to a lot of dentists, most of them excellent, but this dentist & office stands out as the best of the best.

I have had to have some extensive dental work done, and Hancock Dental has been amazing through the whole process. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly, and they all bent over backwards to help me fit everything in my schedule. They got me in immediately when I had emergency work needed because of pain. The Dr. does amazing work, and is a great person. He guides you through every step of what he is doing while making your comfort his top priority. I highly recommend Hancock Dental, whether for routine cleaning or serious dental problems.

I've gone to Dr. Hancock's office for 6-7 years, twice a year, and have always been pleased. The receptionists called me by name after going there once, and I appreciated the discount for paying upfront for services since I didn't have dental insurance. The hygenists were always super friendly and made a point to ask about things we'd talked about the last time I was in. Dr. Hancock was always professional as well as personable. I appreciated that the hygenists and dentist were all thorough while being efficient and did not ever suggest unneeded procedures.

Dr Hancock is the best dentist in all of Chubbuck and Pocatello! His office staff are wonderful, his hygienists are brilliant, and he is kind, considerate, and exceptionally knowledgeable. This is THE dentist office for all of SE Idaho!
They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I’ve ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn’t have any trouble finding it at all.
The waiting area here is spacious. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments there. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. It’s really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. They make an extra effort to make sure they only do the best for their patients.
I usually dread the dentist, and would do almost ANYTHING else (which is why I haven’t been in too long to say…) but today I went to Hancock Dental for the first time and it was actually, well, pleasant! The receptionist was warm and welcoming and took time to sit down and talk to me, even addressing my anxiety level. The dental hygienist, Jill, had a very calming presence, and was careful and gentle. Dr. Hancock was also pleasant. It was the most relaxed I have ever been at a Dentist’s office (I almost fell asleep)! Highly recommend.
The staff are the friendliest I have seen. They truly care about you as a person, which doesn’t happen in any dentist offices that I have been to. I would like to thank them for the great service that has been given to me.
